Our display was based on Silica , Monsonite and Sandstone, minerals vital to the early days of Milton.

There were photographs, tools and memorabilia from those mining days.

Sunday night Movie (formerly Movie Under the Stars) was Back of Beyond, the story of Tom Kruse who delivered mail and goods to outlaying homesteads along the Birdsville Track for 27 years. Movie was enjoyed by an audience of some 20 people, not bad considering that the ARL Grand Final was on at the same time.
